Eleven Days /Ten Nights Driving Safari to Arusha NP, Tarangire NP, Lake Manyara NP, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti NP & Lake Natron

Day 1: Arrival

Meet & Greet upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport (Need flights details??), drive to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Arusha NP:

Pick you up from the hotel at 8:00 am and drive to nearby Arusha National Park with your lunch boxes for a full day tour of the park, including a half day guided walk with a park Ranger. End of the day drives back and transfer to the hotel for bed and breakfast overnight stay.

Day 3: Arusha/Tarangire NP

We will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 AM and depart for Tarangire NP where you will begin your game viewing in the park including a picnic lunch. After lunch proceeds with an afternoon game drive to enjoy the landscape, huge herds of Elephant and many species of animals and birds as well. The park is so famous for its baobab trees, many of which are over a thousand years old. You will eat dinner and overnight at budget public campsite or mid-range lodge or tented camp or luxury tented camp or luxury lodge.

Day 4: Tarangire/Lake Manyara NP

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara NP. Manyara National Park (330 sq km or 127 sq miles) on the base of the Great Rift Valley. spending the rest of the day game viewing in the park to enjoy the lush jungle like ground water forests filled with baboons, blue monkeys and tree climbing lions is so famous one. About 400 species of birds have been recorded. This small park contains also five distinct vegetation zones. Thus supporting a large variety of birds and animals. The park is also famous for its large flocks of flamingos (pink-hued flamingos) Drive to budget public campsite or mid-range lodge or tented camp or luxury tented camp or luxury lodge. for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Ngorongoro crater

After breakfast, depart the camp/lodge with packed lunches and drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Crater floor (19.2 km of diameter, 610m deep, 304 sq km) spending the rest of the day exploring the crater. It is one of the world's greatest natural spectacles, its magical setting and abundant wildlife never fail to enthrall visitors including the last remaining Black Rhinos including flamingos on the Soda lake. Drive to the rim of the crater for dinner and overnight at budget public campsite or mid-range lodge or tented camp or luxury tented camp or luxury lodge.

Day 6: Ngorongoro/Serengeti NP

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti NP with a game drive en route with a picnic boxes and (a stop visit to Olduvai Gorge Museum on the way). Following the late afternoon game drive, you will eat dinner and overnight at budget public campsite or mid-range lodge or tented camp or luxury tented camp or luxury lodge.

Day 7: Full day in Serengeti NP

Begin your full day for game viewing in the park (14,763 sq km or 5,700 sq miles) with morning and afternoon game-drives as well as with picnic lunch. On this day, you may wish to take a picnic lunch and go for the whole day en route according to game locations to enjoy the annual migration of wildebeest, zebras, as well as gazelles, great herds of buffalos, elephants, giraffes, lots of birds, all three African jackal species found here and the spectacle of predators. (Game viewing is best in the early morning and late afternoon when animals are active). Day 8: Serengeti/Lake Natron

Following your morning game drive, depart for Lake Natron via the northern gate, passing through Sale Plains and Gol Mountains on the way. You will have dinner and overnight at budget public campsite or mid-range lodge or tented camp or luxury tented camp or luxury lodge..

If you want to climb Oldoinyo Lengai, you will drive to the base of the volcano during the night to begin your climb with a guide. It is a 7- hour/ 15 KM strenuous climb. You must complete the climb and descend before the heat becomes too intense.

Day 9: Full day in Lake Natron/Arusha:

After a leisurely breakfast, you may hike or drive around the lake, visit a spectacular waterfalls or hike around the escarpment area. Late afternoon drives back to Arusha arriving about 5 pm and transfer to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10: Rest day

Rest day. On your own in Arusha according to your preferences/activities/perhaps shopping around. You have bed and breakfast overnight stay once more.

Day 11: Depart/Fly out

After a leisurely breakfast, on your own in Arusha perhaps walk/shopping around. Will be picked up from the hotel at the time of your choice and transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport in time to catch up your onward flight back home.
